Word For The Day: "Mook"

Well, if we can have blogs, why not mooks (magazine-books)?

ADCC reports that Yuki Nakai has released a new mook that goes through the basic postions of jiu jitsu. The money from the mook is going to be used to promote the martial art in Japan (where 10,000 people are reportedly members of Nakai’s jiu jitsu federation).

Nakai is best known for defeating Gerard Gordeau at Japan Vale Tudo 95 despite being outweight by more than 65 pounds and being illegally eye-gouged, and then losing to Rickson Gracie in the finals of the tournament. The fights were featured in the documentary movie Rickson Gracie: Choke.
